As a partner company with Pacific InterWest Building Consultants, PIWAIS draws on the extensive experience of the architects, inspectors, consultants, and industry experts within Pacific InterWest to execute a complete program for apartment owners from an initial evaluation through design and repairs, as well as compiling all data records to prepare for the next inspection cycle (six years for SB721 and nine years for SB326).
